I gots to get a little political....

Claiming the right to amend the state Constitution as fundamental, supporters of Proposition 8 today urged the California Supreme Court to refrain from interfering with the people's vote against legal recognition of gay marriage....and to them I say.....F - You!

I really don't want Prop 8 to go back on the ballot here in CA. Take it from this token - outside of the coastal metropolitan areas in the Golden State. There are a LOT of rednecks.

I'm from Boston where LGBT citizens are allowed to marry and have the same rights as everyone else.

This is a very personal and emotional subject for me. I have a family member that believes God wants them to do all that they can to prevent Gays & Lesbians to marry. Luckily the rest of my family, if not fully supports Gay marriage, has a firm belief in 'to each his own'.

It makes me so sad to think that there are some people that are so fearful of homosexuality that they would do all they can to take away the civil liberties of another human being.

....sigh...I can't speak on this anymore at the moment....
